The results of the July 2020 CXC exams will be released Tuesday, 22 Sept., at 5pm Cayman Islands time.
In a post on its Facebook page, the Caribbean Examinations Council gave notice that students can check their results by going to www.cxc.org/student-results.
CXC exams include Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) and Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC).
The standardised tests were administered in July and August. They were postponed from May-June due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
While the Caribbean region exams still took place, other exams, such as the UK-based GCSE and A-Level exams, were cancelled. GCSE results were instead determined by school-based assessments (predicted grades).
A combination of tests, including GCSE and CXC exams, are used in Cayman secondary schools to assess student performance.
