Cayman Connection is hosting its first Cultural Wellbeing Webinar on Wednesday 27 Jan., exploring what it means to manage mental health outside of your country and culture.

A nonprofit registered in England and Wales, Cayman Connection is a network for people associated with the Cayman Islands who now live, work or attend school overseas.

The Webinar takes place 10am-11.45am Cayman time on 27 Jan. (3pm-4.45pm UK time)

The speakers are UK cross-cultural agility expert Marina Ibrahim and Cayman clinical psychologist Shari Smith.

The Cultural Wellbeing Webinar is an extension to the organisation’s ‘Culture Shock Workshop’ held every year in August.
