Dean and Chief Academic Officer Dr. Aleza Beverly (right) presents the discount for the SHRM Certification Preparation Course to the winner of the SHRM Bingo, Ms. Aneike Wilson.
At this year’s Cayman Islands Society of Human Resources Professionals (CISHRP) Conference on Friday at the Kimpton, the International College of the Cayman Islands (ICCI) gave one fortunate HR professional a major boost on her journey to a key human resources certification.
Aneike Wilson, who works in human resources at the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa, entered and won the prize at the ICCI booth.
Dean and Chief Academic Officer Dr. Aleza Beverly presented Ms. Wilson with a 50 percent tuition discount for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certification Preparation Course. Classes begin on 3 September, 2022 on campus at ICCI in Newlands.
ICCI is recognized by SHRM to offer the SHRM Certification Preparation Course for the SHRM-CP (certified professional) or the SHRM-SCP (senior certified professional). ICCI also offers the Master of Science in Management with a Human Resources concentration. Interested students should sign up online at www.icci.edu.ky/management-human-resources-concentration/. All master’s degree programs are offered online making it convenient for students to take more than one course at a time. Because ICCI offers four quarters per year, some students finish their master’s degree in as little as 1.5 years. Applications for the 2022 Summer Quarter are being accepted now with classes beginning 27 June.
